You’ll have a remote, one-on-one session, with our technician to create a personalized energy saving plan for your home!
During the video call, a technician will tally all the ways we can lower your energy costs in your home.
The pre-assessment prepares our technician for the onsite arrival, but it can also result in you receiving immediate energy saving measures such as light bulbs and smart power strips by mail known as a Self-Installation Package!
The Virtual Pre-Assessment is offered at no cost to you, and is an easy way to start saving money and electricity immediately!

Who's Eligible for a Virtual Pre-Assessment?
Customers should have the following to qualify for a Virtual Pre-Assessment:
- Live in 1 to 4 unit home
- Be an Eversource customer in the state of Connecticut
- Be comfortable installing the contents of your SIP package
- Ability to work with our technicians over the phone as well as leverage video, picture and email technologies
