We are customer centric. HE Energy Solutions is committed to high quality energy efficiency improvements and their long term impact on our customers’ energy savings, in-home comfort and above all health and safety.
We have implemented a new set of guidelines that protect you and mitigate the spread of COVID 19. The procedures feature the following:
- Adhering to the guidance provided by the state of Connecticut as well as the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
- Customer health screenings
- To help stop the spread of COVID 19, we abide by a checklist that governs the framework of our energy assessments. It evaluates your health before and during our onsite visit to keep you and our technicians as safe as possible.
- If a change of health is reported (feeling sick, recent exposure or have been in contact with someone sick); we work with you to reschedule our visit.
- Employee health screenings
- Employees are not to report to work if they experience any COVID related symptoms. We mandate that our employees get a COVID test, and remain home for 14 days if required.
- All of our technicians are outfitted with the proper PPE. This includes gloves, masks, face shields, boot covers etc.
- Our trucks are stocked with surplus disinfectant wipes and sanitizers to reduce cross contamination.
- Any employee who interacts directly with customers must demonstrate proper social distancing, wash hands frequently and use hand sanitizer.
